Faceted Green Fluorite Cabinet Knobs
About the Green Fluorite
Green fluorite grows in cubes and layers, and the color lies in bands rather than one flat tone. A single piece can run from pale sea green through to a deeper bottle green, with clear or near-white zones between the bands.
It is a translucent stone, so light gets into it and comes back out softened. Held near a window the bands separate clearly; in lamplight the whole face reads as one quieter green.
How It’s Made
The fluorite is faceted across a 2" face, which splits the banding into planes so the greens read as separate blocks of color. The rim is electroformed: real metal grown onto the stone until it has genuine thickness and is bonded permanently, never a leaf or coating that can rub off. Thick metallic gold is the standard edge, and silver and rose gold are also made.

- Size: 2" diameter
- Projection: 1.25"
- Bolt: 1.75" brass bolt

Fit and Installation
It fits cabinet doors, dresser drawers and wardrobe fronts through one drilled hole, and the 1.75" brass bolt comes with it, so no additional hardware is needed. Fluorite is softer than agate, so tighten with care by hand and stop as soon as the knob sits firm.
Care
Dust with a soft dry cloth only. Household cleaners and abrasive pads will mark a soft stone quickly.
